About Me!

My name is Laylabug, and I'm a computer history connoisseur, amateur chef, and knitting enthusiast.

I was born and raised in Southern California, and now I live in Northern California.I have a bachelor's degree in Statistics, which is how I was introduced to computer programming. Currently, I am working as a Research Data Analyst. I've always been enthralled by the old web, geocities, and the world of computers. My main inspiration to start this website comes from this angelfire archived site. Check it out if you love the movie The Labyrinth!

Like I mentioned on the home page, I used to have a neocities website called "wolfstar-apologist". This was a page dedicated to Sirius Black from the Harry Potter books. The main reason that I no longer run this page is that I wanted to branch out and talk about more than HP, and I have learned a lot more about HTML and CSS since I started, so I think I can make a better page now!

In addition to coding and browsing melonking, I also enjoy cooking/baking, listening to and writing music, knitting/crocheting, and reading. you can head to the hobbies page to hear more about those other interests!
